About The Job

As our Multimedia Specialist, you will create the video, photography, and graphic design that build our brand and help customers understand our products. You will also support our website and email marketing. Our customers make signage, graphics, textiles, and labels, so strong visual content is how we connect with them.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Video & Audio Production: Plan, script, shoot, and edit promotional, instructional, testimonial, and social media videos. Set up lighting, cameras, microphones, and green screens, and handle sound mixing, color correction, and subtitling.
• Photography: Shoot, edit, and retouch photos for campaigns, products, events, and internal needs.
• Graphic Design & Motion: Design brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, email graphics, social media art, presentations, marketing collateral, and internal branding projects. Produce motion graphics and animations for promotional, instructional, and branding use.
• Website & Email Support: Build and update product and landing pages, handle front-end website maintenance, and help customers create or access their accounts. Partner with our web applications specialist to build HTML email campaigns. Make sure all content works on mobile and web and meets accessibility standards.
• Brand & Campaign Support: Work with marketing, product management, sales, and leadership to plan content for social media, email, the website, and advertising. Make sure all assets follow brand guidelines, and bring new ideas to campaigns and projects.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a creative, organized, self-motivated professional with 2–5 years of experience in multimedia production or a related creative role. You should have a portfolio of video, graphic, and/or animation work. A bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field is expected, though equivalent experience may be considered.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Hands-on experience with video and audio recording equipment and editing software
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems such as WordPress
• An understanding of social video formats, current multimedia trends, and UX principles
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills with close attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A customer service mindset and the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

Preferred qualifications include experience building web pages or HTML emails, and marketing experience in B2B, manufacturing, or technical product environments.
