Multimedia Staff

Compensation:

• Full-time role
• Salary: ₱25,000 per month

About the Role:

• We are looking for a full-time remote Multimedia Staff who is proficient in photo and video shooting techniques
• Work may include occasional on-site shoots, usually within Metro Manila, so applicants must be amenable to travel
• This role is ideal for someone who is creative, reliable, and can work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Beginners are welcome but with own equipment is preferred (any iPhone will do!)
• PLEASE make sure you attach your portfolio in the resume (VERY important)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in photo and video shooting for on-site content production
• Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, and shot execution
• Support basic directing during shoots (guiding subjects/talent, managing simple scenes)
• Collaborate with the team to execute content requirements efficiently
• Deliver quality output under tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment
• Edit vertical videos optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
• Edit and design image creatives using Canva (Canva required)

Qualifications

• Proficient in photo and video shooting techniques
• Knowledgeable in framing, composition, and basic directing
• Can work under tight deadlines and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Amenable to travel for on-site shoots (usually within Metro Manila)
• Portfolio of previous photo/video projects is a plus, but not required
