• 3–6 years in software QA, with a mix of manual and automated testing experience in enterprise environments
• Prior exposure to SAP-integrated toolchains or comparable ERP/platform environments is required.
• Experience working within an agile project using SAFe, Kanban and Scrum

Experience – All Streams

• 6–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing, including 2–4 years in a Test Lead or Senior Tester holding ownership — not participation — in a stream- or domain-aligned engagement
• Demonstrated history of designing test suites for complex integration scenarios where data must be traced across multiple SAP and non-SAP systems
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the business domains covered by the assigned stream or a directly comparable SAP Private Cloud environment

Experience

• 10–12+ years of experience in enterprise testing, including at least 5 years in end-to-end test management and ownership of large-scale SAP or comparable ERP /platform, or digital transformation programs.
• Demonstrated management experience over SAP-centric programs — including S/4HANA, CPQ, and CRM — with the ability to articulate quality risk in terms of financial impact and business process correctness
• Proven experience defining and executing enterprise test strategies, managing test budgets, environments, test data operations, and release readiness activities.
• Experience leading testing across complex business domains such as Presales, Fulfilment & Delivery, Finance, and Customer-Facing applications.
• Experience operating within SAFe or a scaled-agile framework at Program Increment cadence — including PI planning, releasing train ceremonies, and cross-ART coordination
