What You’ll Do - National Partnership Manager (Aged Care)

Locations: Hybrid (Sydney/Melbourne) and Remote (Australia-Based)

As our National Partnerships Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of Hireup’s Aged Care B2B growth, driving our national strategy and establishing strategic relationships within the aged care sector.

This role focuses on developing national partnerships with Aged Care providers and brokers, care managers and other key stakeholders to drive referrals, enhance awareness of our services, and grow support worker hours and utilisation across the country.

As the face of Hireup's Aged Care business within the community, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our brand and ensuring Hireup is known as a leading provider of high quality, client-centric, cost-effective support workers.

• Be the Face of Hireup: Champion our brand across the national Aged Care sector. You’ll hit the ground running, building long-term, high-value relationships with key providers, brokers, and care managers.
• Drive Scaled Growth: Design and execute a national B2B business development strategy. You’ll uncover new revenue streams, drive referral volume, and consistently smash commercial targets.
• Lead and Inspire: Mentor and manage a dedicated team of sales coordinators, building a high-performance, resilient, and collaborative commercial culture.
• Shape the Future: Act as the vital link between the market and our internal teams (Product, Tech, Marketing). You’ll take frontline sector feedback and turn it into scalable business solutions and service enhancements.
• Navigate the Landscape: Stay ahead of sector reforms, funding models, and market shifts to ensure Hireup remains a step ahead of the competition.

Your Background

We are looking for a strategic networker and a commercial powerhouse. To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Aged Care B2B Experience: You possess a proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or commercial partnerships specifically within the Australian Aged Care sector at a national level.
• Sector Fluency: You have an intricate understanding of Aged Care providers, broker networks, and current funding models. You already know who the key players are and how to speak their language.
• Commercial Firepower: You are target-driven with demonstrated success in expanding B2B portfolios, winning new business, and scaling revenue.
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You know how to leverage data to inform your decisions, pivot strategies when needed, and report clearly on commercial outcomes.
• Values Alignment: You believe that "the person is the point." You are empathetic, resilient, and live for the "power of yes."
