About the Role Massive Bio is looking for an experienced Native Mobile Developer (iOS & Android) to join our growing technology team. We are looking for a developer with hands-on experience in native mobile application development across both iOS and Android . Our mobile applications are developed natively using Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android , rather than cross-platform frameworks. As one of the first dedicated mobile developers on the team, you will have meaningful ownership of our mobile applications and work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to build reliable, scalable, and user-friendly mobile experiences. What You’ll Do Design, develop, test, and maintain native mobile applications for iOS and Android . Develop iOS applications using Swift and Android applications using Kotlin . Take ownership of mobile features from technical design through development, testing, release, and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and other Engineering team members throughout the development lifecycle. Integrate mobile applications with APIs, backend services, authentication systems, and other platform services. Identify and resolve performance, reliability, usability, and platform-specific issues. Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions related to mobile development. Contribute to application releases and ongoing maintenance on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store . Help establish and continuously improve native mobile development standards and best practices within the team. What We’re Looking For Approximately 5–7 years of professional software development experience , with strong hands-on experience in mobile application development. Professional experience developing native applications for both iOS and Android . Hands-on experience with Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android . Strong understanding of native iOS and Android architectures, SDKs, application lifecycles, and platform-specific best practices. Experience building and integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services . Experience taking mobile applications from development through production release and ongoing maintenance. Familiarity with Git, code review practices, testing, debugging, and modern software development workflows. Understanding of mobile application performance, reliability, and security considerations. Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional and Agile environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset. Good command of English and Turkish . Nice to Have Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes for native mobile applications. Experience with mobile authentication, push notifications, analytics, and performance monitoring. Knowledge of mobile security and data privacy best practices. Experience working in a product-driven, startup, or fast-growing technology environment. Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or other regulated digital environments is a plus.
