nCino Salesforce Developer

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Experience: 8-10 years.

Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for an experienced nCino / Salesforce Developer with 8–12 years of overall IT experience and approximately 6 years of hands-on experience with the nCino Bank Operating System and its core modules.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions using nCino and Salesforce
• Build and maintain Apex-based applications and integrations
• Integrate nCino with external banking and enterprise systems
• Support CI/CD and automated deployment processes
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver scalable solutions
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and business teams in an Agile environment

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of overall IT experience
• 6 years of experience with nCino Bank Operating System
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex
• Hands-on experience with nCino administration and configuration
• Experience integrating nCino with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Good understanding of authentication protocols
• Experience with AutoRABIT or similar CI/CD deployment tools
• Strong SQL and database skills
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including pipelines and work tracking
• Git experience is a plus
• Banking, lending, or loan domain experience preferred
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
