Work through the existing backlog of participant support plans and risk assessments, then manage their annual renewal cycle going forward. Monitor and track worker and contractor compliance documents, including NDIS Worker Screening Clearances, Working with Children Checks, driver licenses and ID checks, first aid and CPR certificates, professional registrations and qualifications, insurances, and mandatory NDIS training records. Record, classify and follow up complaints and incidents in line with NDIS reportable incident obligations, keeping registers organized and audit ready. Prepare compliance documents and evidence ready for lodgment through the NDIS provider portal, with the onshore team completing the final upload and review. Maintain accurate compliance records across the CRM, SharePoint and Excel-based registers. Review how compliance is currently run and proactively recommend improvements, drawing on processes from your previous NDIS roles. What We Are Looking For At least 2 to 3 years of compliance experience within an Australian NDIS business, with a strong working knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct and audit requirements. Hands-on experience with NDIS platforms such as ShiftCare is highly regarded. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including managing compliance registers and audit tracking, and confidence across Word, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint. Genuinely self-directed, able to take ownership of a compliance function, set up the registers and routines, and tell us how it should be done. Highly organized and detail focused, able to manage multiple compliance streams and deadlines at once. Excellent written and spoken English. Demonstrated employment stability, with a preference for candidates who have remained with previous employers for approximately two years or more.
