Job Description
This is a remote position.
Business Smart Solutions is seeking a Revenues & Benefits Systems Manager for a 6 month contract. The role can be offered on a fully remote basis, paying up to £475.00 per day (umbrella) for a skilled, dedicated candidate.
Experience of NEC (Northgate) as a back end user is essential
Description of duties and responsibilities:
To manage the Revenues & Benefits ICT systems and Business Support team, providing systems support to the Revenues & Benefits teams and ensuring that systems are managed proactively to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Key areas:
- To lead the Technical team, responsible for systems administration and user access, ensuring that systems (NEC/BACS etc) are proactively managed and fully exploited to ensure maximum efficiency
- Work proactively with software suppliers to ensure the Council receives a high level of service and value for money from software contracts
- To work proactively with the Revenues and Benefits Service management team to assist in the effective delivery and continuous improvement of Revenues Service
Requirements
- 5 years NEC (Northgate) system management experience
