Negotiation Specialist We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused negotiator interested in pursuing a career in the automotive claims space. In this role, you will work closely with our body shop and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges. This is a full-time, remote position with the ideal candidate being self-motivated, reliable, and thriving in a remote work environment. What you’ll do: Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges. Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently. Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately. Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards. Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach. Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability. Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting . What w e're looking for : Previous experience in a client/customer service role. Strong negotiation skills. Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus. Proficiency in reading and analyzing CCC estimates a plus . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
