Scale Tech, a software development agency based in Vilnius, is hiring for their client — a fast-growing company, serving clients in the identity verification and compliance space. Working method: Fully remote. Contract term: 4–6 months (b2b) Hiring process: One interview with the Development Team Lead. Hourly rate: 30–40 EUR/hour, depending on relevant experience. What you'll do: Develop and improve backend logic for the verification product together with the team Contribute to architecture decisions, building a reliable and scalable system Write clean, testable, reusable code Work against a clear roadmap and acceptance criteria, owning your area independently What makes you a great fit: 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight Good English and Lithuanian skills Open-minded, collaborative approach Bonus points: Experience with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes Experience with microservices / event-driven architectur What's offered: Fully remote work Clear roadmap and acceptance criteria — minimal micromanagement Real product impact on an identity verification / compliance platform Interested?
