.NET Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on software development experience and practical exposure to Claude Code / AI-assisted development tools.

The ideal candidate will be a strong full-stack engineer with solid expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Angular/React, and SQL Server, who can effectively leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance engineering productivity.

Claude Code expertise should complement strong software engineering fundamentals—not replace them.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
  
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.
  
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database solutions.
  
• Leverage Claude Code for:
  • Code generation and development acceleration
    
  • Code refactoring and optimization
    
  • Debugging and troubleshooting
    
  • Test-case and test-code generation
    
  • Code understanding and documentation
    
• Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, maintainability, performance, and coding standards.
  
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.
  
• Troubleshoot issues across the frontend, API, backend, and database layers.
  
• Collaborate with onsite/customer teams while working effectively within an offshore delivery model.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
  

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • C#
    
  • .NET / .NET Core / Modern .NET
    
  • ASP.NET Core
    
  • Web API / REST APIs
    
• Strong front-end development experience with Angular or React.
  
• Good hands-on experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
  
• Understanding of microservices and application architecture.
  
• Practical, hands-on experience using Claude Code for real-world software development.
  
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code-review capabilities.
  
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
  
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with onsite/customer teams.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure or AWS.
  
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Experience with cloud-native application development.
  
• Familiarity with other AI coding assistants.
  
• Understanding of prompt/context engineering for software development.
  
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications.
  
• Exposure to Insurance, Financial Services, or other regulated domains.
