NetSuite Implementation Consultant Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote | PST Role Overview: We are seeking a NetSuite Implementation Lead with strong functional expertise in Manufacturing, WMS, and Quality modules to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects across a NOAM regions. This role requires a balance of hands-on NetSuite configuration, client-facing consulting, and leadership capability to guide customers through complex digital transformation programs using the SuiteSuccess methodology. You will act as a trusted advisor, leading implementations, aligning business processes, and ensuring successful adoption of NetSuite solutions in manufacturing and supply chain environments. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations from discovery to go-live Apply SuiteSuccess methodology across all project phases Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and process mapping Align company business needs with NetSuite capabilities Advise company stakeholders on manufacturing, WMS, and quality best practices Identify process gaps and design scalable ERP solutions Support cross-functional alignment across finance, supply chain, and operations Oversee data migration, QA testing, and UAT activities Coordinate functional and technical delivery teams Perform NetSuite configuration (workflows, forms, roles, records, dashboards) Support integrations in collaboration with technical consultants Serve as the primary functional advisor for company stakeholders Lead workshops, training sessions, and change management activities Communicate progress, risks, and timelines effectively Build strong long-term company relationships Support post-go-live optimization and enhancement initiatives Document solutions, configurations, and best practices Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and delivery standards What You’ll Need: 3+ years of NetSuite implementation experience in manufacturing environments Strong expertise in Manufacturing, WMS, and Quality modules Proven experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations processes Fluent English (C1 level or higher) is required due to direct engagement across NOAM regions How You Work: We are looking for a leader with excellent communication and team leadership skills, a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing stakeholder relationships, and the ability to guide, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
