This role serves as a business-facing ambassador for IHCS, advancing the organization’s interests within the healthcare provider market and positioning IHCS as the preferred partner for value-based home care services. What you need to succeed: Must Reside in WA/OR Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years of work experience with a plan payer, in health care, or a related field with Provider Development and/or Provider Relations. Four (4) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts. Knowledge and mastery of basic negotiating skills and contract language Skills & Abilities Must have strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize Excellent organizational and time management skills Demonstrate accountability and dependability Effective interpersonal skills characterized by articulateness, diplomacy, and the ability to persuade and motivate others Communicates effectively verbal and in writing.
