About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Network Administrator / Systems Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, administration, maintenance, and support of the company's IT infrastructure, operating systems, networks, hardware, and software solutions.

You will ensure system availability, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide IT support to employees at Gühring Romania while collaborating closely with our international IT team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Informatics, Telecommunications, or a comparable qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, Network Administration, or Systems Engineering
• Good knowledge of Microsoft environments and enterprise IT infrastructure
• Intermediate to advanced English skills (German is an advantage)
• Experience with Windows Workstations & Servers, Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, MFA, SCCM, SQL Server, and backup solutions
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, and network infrastructure
• Familiarity with PC, printer, server, and backup hardware
• Basic scripting skills (Batch/Command Prompt)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• German language skills are considered an advantage
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and access management
• Experience working in multi-site or international IT environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
