As a Senior Analyst within our network pharmacy contracting team, you'll guide the development and support of provider networks as well as unit cost management activities through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting. Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze contract, network, and business issues using relevant data, facts, sound judgment, and established processes
- Support contract negotiations, implementation, and ongoing administration activities
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and ensure compliance with organizational procedures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to support pharmacy contracting initiatives and drive business objectives
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Support the management of pharmacy contract performance and assist with analysis, reporting, issue resolution, and process improvements
- Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, develop practical solutions, and contribute to continuous improvements in processes, workflows, and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated solid analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to interpret, simplify, and communicate complex contractual and business information effectively to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional business partners and building solid working relationships
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while delivering high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proven initiative, ownership, and accountability, with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, including an interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Demonstrated solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think creatively, challenge conventional approaches, and recommend innovative solutions to business challenges
