We are looking for a Network Engineer (NSX-T & Cisco ACI) to join our teams and work with a leading international client in the technology and infrastructure sector.

The position can be based in Madrid or Barcelona.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Design, implement, manage and optimize network environments based on VMware NSX-T.
• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructures in data center environments.
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot Cisco ACI and/or VXLAN-based architectures.
• Administer and optimize dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
• Participate in network transformation and automation projects.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Terraform, Python and Ansible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network availability, security and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

What profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware NSX-T (mandatory).
• Experience with Cisco ACI or, alternatively, solid VXLAN expertise.
• Good knowledge of OSPF and BGP routing protocols.
• Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform and Python.
• Knowledge of Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Professional level of English.

Nice to have:

• VMware NSX, Cisco Data Center or other networking certifications.
• Experience working in hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of network security and micro-segmentation.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
