Network Infrastructure Engineer

Our environment is Meraki network and WiFi, Azure, Microsoft, with over 70+ remote locations in a mostly retail environment The team needs immediate capacity to reduce a backlog of engineering and operational work, including Meraki, Intune, EntraID, and intermittent Wi-Fi issues. The ideal candidate is an engineer-level generalist with stronger Microsoft cloud skills, some networking experience, and roughly 510 years of experience. Position Overview The Network Infrastructure Engineer is a strong technical contributor focused on proving IT Engineering support to the organization. This role is subject matter expert who is focused on delivering secure and reliable infrastructure services: Primary Responsibilities: Engineer for Network Infrastructure that includes, routing, switching, wireless, and Microsoft Infrastructure Technology Stack - Management of Meraki Network WAN, LAN, WLAN as well as MS Intune, EntraID, AD, M365, & other identified systems. Support for Network, Servers & Storage as needed. Microsoft O365 and Azure Cloud Services Data Center Support for Network, Servers & Storage. Virtualization & Back Ups Management as needed. Escalation point for our technical support team. Support for other Collaboration & Communication tools (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online etc.) Research Emerging and new technologies to evolve our IT environment. Participates in special or technical projects and solutions as needed. No on call rotation, but provides flexibility to support outages/incidents, or special projects as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Educational Requirements: Associate degree in information systems/technology and computer science, preferred, or equivalent technical certifications. Qualifications: At least 5-10 years' experience in IT and Network Infrastructure Engineering Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize requests.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
