This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring inventory is optimally positioned across our ANZ distribution network, supporting exceptional customer service while driving efficient and cost-effective supply chain outcomes.
If you enjoy balancing data, problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

- Coordinate stock movements to ensure the right products are available in the right locations at the right time.
- Review and maintain replenishment parameters, including lead times and inventory settings.
- Manage inventory run-out, obsolete stock and product transitions.
- Support new product launches through effective inventory planning and deployment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve supply challenges and prioritise critical stock requirements.
- Analyse inventory performance and provide recommendations to improve service, stock availability and efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements and broader supply chain projects.
- Support quality hold, recall and inventory governance processes.
Who You Are
You are an analytical and commercially minded supply chain professional who thrives on solving problems and improving processes. You enjoy working across multiple stakeholder groups and can confidently make decisions in a dynamic and evolving environment.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Experience in inventory planning, supply planning, network planning or a similar supply chain role.
- At least two years' experience within supply chain, logistics, inventory management or replenishment planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify practical solutions.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel capability.
- Experience working with supply chain planning concepts and processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or unrestricted working rights in Australia.
It would be advantageous if you also have:
- Manufacturing or FMCG environment exposure.
- SAP, APO or S/4HANA experience.
- Qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
