Our team is passionate about technology, creativity, and collaboration, and we are looking for a some talente d NOC Engineers to join us in our mission About the Role We are looking for someone who can join a team to perform 24x7 monitoring of infrastructure and services, handling alerts, performing initial troubleshooting, escalating incidents when required, and conducting basic root‑cause investigations for one of our clients based in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Provide 24/7 monitoring of infrastructure and services to ensure availability and performance Handle alerts promptly and initiate appropriate responses Perform initial troubleshooting to identify and resolve common issues Escalate incidents to relevant teams when deeper investigation is required Conduct basic root‑cause analysis to support long‑term resolution and prevention Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred; diploma or equivalent Minimum 3+ years of experience as a NOC Engineer, with proven exposure to enterprise or production infrastructure including hybrid cloud setups Willingness to work on rotating shifts to support 24/7 operations Strong foundation in Linux, Kubernetes/GKE, and GCP fundamentals Hands‑on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, or similar) Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS) Proficiency in Bash and/or Python scripting Skilled in monitoring, logging, and alerting across applications, servers, and infrastructure Proven ability in troubleshooting, incident management, and operational support for high‑availability, business‑critical systems Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Why Join Us?
