About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Network Project Manager with a strong background in networking and telecommunications to lead large-scale network and infrastructure transformation programmes within a complex enterprise environment.

This opportunity is ideal for a professional who began their career as a Network Engineer and successfully transitioned into Project or Programme Management. You will combine deep technical understanding with strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery management skills to drive strategic technology initiatives from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver network and telecommunications transformation programmes.
• Manage large-scale infrastructure and enterprise technology projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Own project planning, execution, governance, risk, and issue management.
• Drive successful delivery using Agile, Hybrid, or traditional project methodologies.
• Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
• Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and dependencies.
• Provide regular reporting and status updates to senior leadership.
• Support organisational change management and adoption initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet operational, quality, and security requirements.

Required Experience

Project & Programme Management

• 8+ years of IT and/or Telecommunications Project Management experience.
• Proven track record delivering network transformation programmes.
• Strong experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
