The Network Provisioning Engineer is responsible for the design, physical assignment of services and updating internal inventory records related to CFA for all services provided globally. These services include DIA, IP Transit, MPLS VPLS, IP/SDWAN/Security services that are on net. They are also responsible for working with technicians on site, and/or GTT Clients to turn-up new services, perform all testing and documentation of the results of the turn-up. About the Role At GTT , we operate a global, large‑scale IP network that supports secure connectivity for organizations worldwide- and as a Network Provisioning Engineer , you will play a critical role in bringing our IP, SD‑WAN, and Security services to life for customers. You will work in a true ISP environment, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely service provisioning while continuously building your technical expertise across vendors and technologies. What You’ll Be Doing Provision and modify IP, SD‑WAN, and Security services, ensuring accuracy and service reliability Collaborate with Service Delivery, Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams to support end‑to‑end service activation Troubleshoot issues during service turn‑up, including routing, throughput, and VPN challenges Maintain documentation, workflows, and provisioning standards, contributing to process improvements Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery What We’re Looking For Essential: 1–2 years of experience as a Network Engineer in a support, provisioning, or operational role Solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals Hands‑on experience with network devices from multiple vendors (preferably Juniper and/or Cisco ) Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively Nice to have: Experience in a service provider or ISP environment Exposure to SD‑WAN or security services Why GTT Adaptive mindset: Continuous learning in a fast‑evolving network environment Collective impact: Close collaboration across global technical teams Customer ownership: Responsibility for delivering reliable services that customers depend on Working Pattern US working shifts Hybrid/Remote working arrangement based in Sofia You’ll be part of a global team where technical excellence, learning, and collaboration are truly valued.
