Total Experience Expected: 06-09 years Shift: - UK Shift (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM) Location: Noida Key Responsibilities: Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki Switching, Wireless, and SD-WAN solutions. Provide L2/L3 network support for enterprise environments. Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, and VPN infrastructures. 3-6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking and network security. Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet FortiGate, or Juniper security solutions . Execute network changes, upgrades, migrations, and implementations . Perform incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive actions . Monitor network performance and ensure SLA compliance . Collaborate with Service Delivery, Security, Project, and Automation teams . Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. Coordinate with OEM/vendor support for complex issues. Participate in on-call support and planned maintenance activities. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related engineering discipline.
