Network Service Support Engineer with German (Remote)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Network Service Support Engineer with German (Remote) Work model: Remote, Bulgaria What you will do: • You strengthen our team with your experience in the successful delivery of IT services • Provide configuration and operation of complex networks (WAN, LAN, WLAN, BLE) using active components from the manufacturer Aruba / HPE. • Deliver remote and telephone support to our colleagues and on-site service providers, analyze issues, and further develop our infrastructures. • Improve the service quality of the product by identifying structural problems • Implementing sustainable optimizations to reduce the incident volume. • Ensure reliable product operation by creating application documentation, conducting quality reviews of the solution knowledge base, and preparing reports. • You actively contribute by aligning technical requirements and business processes in close cooperation with the Product Owner and retail partners of the Group. • On-call duties applicable What we are looking for: • You have at least 4+ year hands on with routers, switches, access points, and other network devices • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network issues • Capable to use at daily tools such as Ping and Traceroute • Understanding of network topologies, protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and IP addressing • Can convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner • Able to communicate effectively with end users and other IT teams • Ability to work independently • Very good English and German language skills Nice to have: • Knowledge of network security • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and encryption techniques Benefits: • 25 days paid vacation • Social package (additional health and life insurance, money for transport, sports and other activities) • Flexible working time Apply now! ----------------- You can trust that as a GDPR-compliant agency, we uphold the highest standards of data confidentiality, ensuring all candidate information is securely stored and managed in full accordance with local GDPR regulations.
