We are looking for an experienced Network Strategic Operations Specialist to join our Network & Clinical Quality team. This role would be responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives that support the growth, performance, and operational effectiveness of the provider network. This role owns projects from initial planning through implementation, launch, and post-launch optimization, translating business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

The Network Strategic Operations Specialist independently manages multiple cross-functional initiatives involving providers, facilities, and internal stakeholders. The role applies strong project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to identify operational challenges, develop scalable solutions, manage risks, and drive initiatives to successful completion. The Specialist partners closely with Network Strategy, Network Operations, Clinical, Product, Technology, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic priorities. This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.

What You’ll Do

  • Network Strategy & Operations
      • Own and lead strategic Network initiatives from planning through implementation, launch, and post-launch optimization.
      • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and success measures for assigned initiatives.
      • Translate business objectives into actionable operational plans, processes, and workflows.
      • Lead cross-functional workstreams and drive stakeholders toward key decisions, deliverables, and milestones.
      • Identify operational risks, dependencies, and barriers and proactively develop recommendations and solutions.
      • Lead launch readiness and post-launch evaluation to ensure initiatives achieve intended outcomes.
      • Provide project updates, recommendations, risks, and outcomes to Network leadership and key stakeholders.
      • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, provider experience, and Network performance.
      • Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking to solve complex operational challenges and recommend improvements.
    Provider & Facility Operations
      • Develop and execute operational strategies for provider- and facility-facing initiatives.
      • Partner directly with providers and facilities to understand operational requirements and incorporate stakeholder insights into project planning and implementation.
      • Identify and resolve capacity, scheduling, workflow, and other operational challenges that may impact project outcomes.
      • Analyze provider and facility feedback and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
      • Serve as a strategic point of contact for assigned initiatives and drive successful implementation across provider and facility stakeholders.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration
      • Lead collaboration across Network Strategy, Network Operations, Clinical, Product, Technology, and other internal teams.
      • Establish accountability, manage dependencies, and drive alignment across stakeholders without direct authority.
      • Identify operational gaps, trends, and emerging risks and proactively recommend solutions.
      • Serve as a subject matter resource for assigned Network initiatives, processes, and operational workflows.
    Data & Process Improvement
      • Analyze Network and operational data to evaluate performance and inform strategic recommendations.
      • Develop reporting and performance measures to assess project and initiative outcomes.
      • Lead process improvement efforts that increase efficiency, scalability, quality, and stakeholder experience.
      • Partner with relevant teams to identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and improved workflows.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Previous experience working in healthcare or with a large, distributed network of providers.

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The base salary range for this role is between $65,000 and $75,000/yr. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
