Required – Technical Skills
- Over 5 years of experience in Network Engineering
- Strong expertise in Netskope SD-WAN architecture and operations
- Hands on experience in NETSKOPE devices’ version migrations
- Experience designing and deploying enterprise SD-WAN solutions
- Experience with greenfield and brownfield SD-WAN deployments
- Experience with WAN technologies, MPLS, Internet, DIA, Broadband, VPNs
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols, BGP, OSPF, IP Routing
- Knowledge of QoS and Network Security
- Experience with SD-WAN migrations and network transformations
- Experience with network monitoring and observability tools
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Nice to Have (Technical Skills)
- Experience with Netskope SASE/SSE solutions
- Knowledge of cloud networking, AWS, Azure, GCP
- Automation experience with Python or Ansible
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Networking certifications
Responsibilities (Activities to perform)
- Design and implement Netskope SD-WAN solutions
- Lead greenfield and brownfield deployments and migrations
- Coordinate site onboarding and network transformation activities
- Configure SD-WAN edge devices, routing, VPNs, traffic steering, high availability
- Manage firmware upgrades, OS lifecycle, version compliance
- Monitor network performance, availability, application experience
- Perform L3 troubleshooting for complex network and SD-WAN issues
- Maintain network documentation, standards, operational runbooks
- Collaborate with ISPs, vendors, project teams, business stakeholders
- Ensure stable and reliable operation of enterprise SD-WAN environments
