Role Description

Veloura is looking for a Neuromarketing Specialist to help us understand how people visually process, emotionally respond to, and make decisions when interacting with advertising, websites, landing pages, and digital experiences.

You will apply consumer psychology, behavioral science, and neuromarketing methodologies to evaluate creative work and identify opportunities to improve attention, engagement, CTR, and conversion.

This is a remote contract role.

Responsibilities

  • Apply neuromarketing and consumer psychology principles to advertising, UX, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
  • Conduct, manage, or interpret eye-tracking studies and visual attention analysis.
  • Work with biometric and attention-testing methods where applicable.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and identify psychological factors influencing decision-making.
  • Evaluate visual hierarchy, messaging, CTAs, layouts, and customer journeys from a behavioral perspective.
  • Interpret heatmaps, analytics, user testing, and A/B testing results.
  • Recommend actionable improvements to designers, marketers, copywriters, and strategists.
  • Support conversion rate optimization and creative testing.
  • Translate behavioral research and data into clear reports and practical recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Neuromarketing, Consumer Psychology, Behavioral Science, Cognitive Psychology, Neuroscience, UX Research, or a related field.
  • Practical experience with eye-tracking, attention testing, biometrics, or behavioral research methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, decision-making, persuasion, and conversion psychology.
  • Experience analyzing digital user behavior through analytics, heatmaps, experiments, or A/B testing.
  • Ability to translate research findings into practical marketing and design recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with UX, CRO, digital advertising, and landing page optimization is highly preferred.
  • Agency, consulting, or digital marketing experience is a plus.
  • We are particularly interested in candidates who can turn behavioral science into measurable improvements in attention, engagement, CTR, and conversion performance.
