As a franchisor, our core functions are franchise sales, marketing, training and support. Our strategy centers on a strong brand and excellent relationships with our franchisees and their clients.
Position Overview
The Launch Manager is JETSET’s boots on the ground. You will travel across the franchise network to provide hands-on, on-site support wherever a studio needs extended franchisor presence to succeed. This is a field execution role. You will coach owners, general managers, instructors and front desk teams in real time, uphold JETSET brand standards and hand off each studio with a clear action plan. This role requires frequent travel (85%) and thrives on fast-paced, high-energy environments.
