Role Overview
CX25WW is building a new-age job intelligence platform, and we are looking for dynamic News Anchors who can present curated updates on job markets, hiring trends, and career opportunities.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong language command and a natural on-camera presence who want to build a career in media, communication, and content delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Present daily/weekly news updates related to job markets, hiring trends, and opportunities
- Read and deliver scripts with clarity, confidence, and structure
- Record video content from a home-based studio setup
- Conduct on-ground reporting (1–2 times per week) within your city
- Collaborate with the CX25WW team for content alignment and delivery standards
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Mandatory)
- Graduate (any stream) preferred – especially Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields
- Experience:Freshers are welcome
Language Requirements:
- Strong command over:
- Regional Language (mandatory), Hindi and English
- Clear pronunciation with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)
- Comfortable in front of the camera
Key Requirements
- Excellent spoken communication skills
- Strong reading ability and voice modulation
- Good camera presence and confidence
- Ability to follow scripts and deliver with consistency
- Willingness to travel locally for field reporting
Work Setup
Hybrid Model:
- Field Work: 1–2 days per week (within your city)
- Remote: Work from home (studio-based recording)
- Home Studio Requirement:
- Dedicated room/space for studio setup
- Availability of minimum 100mbps internet speed
- CX25WW will provide required equipments
