Description
We run a growing portfolio of blogs for a US audience in niches like health, lifestyle and culture. We are looking for a Publisher who takes a blog from setup to steady publishing: you prepare the publication, build a month of content ahead, schedule it and keep the quality consistent. You will work alongside a marketer, a tech specialist and an operations manager, and use AI tools every day to produce content at scale.
Requirements
- Written English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- 1+ year of experience in content, publishing, blog management
- Confident use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for drafting, and the ability to edit the output so it does not read as machine-written
- Strong attention to detail in texts, links, formatting and scheduling
- Ability to run several projects at once without missing deadlines
- Working knowledge of Notion, Google Drive and spreadsheets
Responsibilities
- Produce a month of content per blog based on the content strategy, then edit and proofread it
- Schedule and publish posts according to the content plan
- Format posts: headlines, images, links and promo blocks, and send them for approval
- Keep project cards and statuses up to date in Notion
- Coordinate with the marketer, tech specialist and operations manager on launches and changes
Nice to have
- Understanding of email metrics such as open rate, unsubscribes and deliverability
- Experience writing or editing content for a US audience
- Basic image skills (Canva, AI image generation)
- Experience with high-volume or multi-project publishing
Working conditions
- Remote work
- Full-time
- 3 months trial period
- Clear processes, ready-made prompts and templates, and support from the team from day one
