NGD Loading Analyst

This position is responsible for delivering loading services in direct, OTAs and GDS channels to optimize Accor hotels distribution according to regional, global and brand standards. Responsible for loading activities across a wide range of brands, countries & configurations. They are the entry point of technical subjects in the region about distribution. To carry out administration tasks in the Accor CRS, including but not limited to: Hotel creation Deployment of hotels to indirect partners Regional and hotel offer loading Room types management Corporate contract distribution Use Service Now ticketing platform to manage loading requests. Serve as a subject matter expert for Accor legacy and NGD (Next Generation Distribution) distribution tools and loading procedures, partnering with the automation team to drive process improvements and streamline operational activities. Maintain internal knowledge base using confluence application & identify areas for improvement or change in global procedures. Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively. Effectively prioritize workload of daily tasks and project work. To share operational distribution challenges with service delivery and Accor apps teams and suggest innovative solutions to address them. To understand challenges of the operations teams, their business requirements and manage their expectations on loading topics. Multicultural awareness and be able to work with people from diverse backgrounds. Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field User knowledge of Microsoft Office tools primarily outlook and excel. Knowledgeable about operational procedures, Hotel distribution systems, reservation / front office / sales procedures. Excellent communication with strong command of written and spoken English. A good communication of Portuguese is a significant advantage. Organized with strong attention to detail. Service oriented, self motivated and energetic. Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds. Flexible with the ability to embrace and respond to change effectively. Can do attitude - able to come up with out of the box solutions. High level of collaboration to work effectively within the team. Curious and aware about changes in the hospitality industry. This position is a 24-month fixed-term contract based in Bangkok. The role involves global collaboration, requiring flexibility to accommodate time zone differences.
