NOC Analyst - First line Support (SC Cleared)

Our client are an IT Services organisation that require a NOC Analyst to join their team. The NOC Analyst will be working on a prestigious account. This is a hybrid role therefore you must be able to commute to Gloucestershire.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents raised via phone, email, monitoring tools, and customer portals.
• Troubleshoot network issues and drive incidents through to resolution.
• Work within agreed SLAs, ensuring service targets are met.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers with clear technical handovers.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates, documentation, and time logging.
• Monitor customer environments and proactively identify issues.
• Support knowledge sharing and collaboration across the NOC team.

Requirements

• Strong Cisco networking experience across routing, switching, and wireless.
• CCNA, Fortinet certification, or equivalent industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Fortinet security technologies, including ASA, ISE, Firepower, FortiOS, FortiManager, Catalyst Center, and Nexus.
• Full UK driving licence with willingness to attend customer sites when required.
• MUST HAVE SC CLEARANCE
• £35,000 + On Call
