Iris Telehealth is seeking compassionate PMHNPs with consult liaison experience in inpatient and ED/ER settings. This position requires 15 shifts per month, with overnight shifts starting a 7-9pm EST/CST , weekends included. Other shifts during the day may be available as well. Come help us provide telepsychiatry services to patients as part of a highly collaborative team to ensure comprehensive care! About the Role: Setting: 100% Remote Consults for IP/ER/ED Compensation: 1099 - $120/hr - robust pay structure (productivity-based to maximize earnings) Patient Population: All ages (5+ in ER settings preferred) Schedule: 13-16 overnight shifts per month—3-4 weekend shifts required Why Iris Telehealth? Qualifications: An active PMHNP license in the state of Texas is preferred Minimum of 2 years prescribing experience in consult liaison in IP/ER/ED settings required Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5+ for ED/ER consults Availability for 32 hours/week (15 shifts per month), with the ability to work overnight shifts during EST/CST hours.
