Karo Healthcare, a dynamic and growing personal-care retail company, is all about making smart choices for everyday healthcare. With a wide-ranging portfolio across seven categories including medical products, we own and sell over 80 brands in about 90 countries. Our portfolio includes such brands as E45, Pevaryl, Lamisil, Nutravita, ACO, Decubal and many others. Our core belief in empowering people to make intelligent health decisions drives our growth strategy, blending organic expansion and M&A.
Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Nordic Brand Manager – Medicated Skincare (ACO Canoderm/Miniderm) for our office in Stockholm.
What’s in it for you?
- Own ACO Canoderm and Miniderm across four Nordic markets and turn strategy into visible commercial impact.
- Shape growth at the intersection of FMCG pace, consumer health, pharmacy, and regulated marketing.
- Build your expertise and international network in a fast-moving company with real room to grow.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the three-year and annual Nordic brand plans for ACO Canoderm and Miniderm across OTC.
- Set brand strategy and translate consumer, shopper, HCP, and market insights into clear priorities.
- Lead launches, campaigns, media, activations, and go-to-market execution across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
- Partner with local sales and marketing teams, Medical Marketing, and global teams to adapt innovation and content for each market.
- Own the Nordic A&P budget, plan investments, track spend, and optimize for growth and market share.
- Track brand and category performance, turn learnings into action, and continuously improve execution.
- Ensure media, content, and on- and offline POS materials meet the requirements of a regulated medicated-skincare environment.
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant brand or marketing experience, ideally from FMCG, consumer health, pharma, pharmacy, personal care, or another fast-moving commercial environment.
- Experience working with OTC and Rx categories. HCP marketing and experience from a regulated environment are strong advantages.
- Proven ability to build brand strategy, manage activation plans, and deliver strong in-market execution.
- Commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data and insights into decisions and action.
- Understanding of pharmacy channels, shopper behaviour, category development, digital marketing, and media.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial, structured, and comfortable creating momentum where processes are still developing.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Opportunity to create, grow, and encourage.
- Competitive salary package and plenty of growth opportunities to support your personal ambitions.
- Flexible schedule and a healthy work–life balance.
- A positive work environment in an international and motivated team.
- Start-up spirit combined with the scale, resources, and strong values of a large international organization.
