We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented newly qualified Solicitor to join our Serious Injury team here at Lime Solicitors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing firm within the serious injury market where you’ll gain exposure to high-quality, complex work. With a strong emphasis on development, collaboration, and progression, this role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in serious injury litigation while working alongside experienced professionals. Please note: This role is based out of our London office, but will require travel to Oxford once per week. Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of serious injury matters from inception through to resolution with the support of the wider team. Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third-party representatives. Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and witness statements. Preparing case files and documentation for hearings Gaining exposure to barristers. Managing a varied caseload in line with litigation processes. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Previous experience of working in a serious injury team work on all aspects of claims. Strong interest in personal injury or litigation work. Strong client management skills. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
