Join our growing Motor team and play a key role in helping customers through the claims process. As a Motor Claims Technician, you will manage a varied caseload of motor claims, including third-party injury, credit hire, and property damage, while delivering excellent service and support to all parties involved. The skills you will have when you apply: Motor Claims Experience: Proven experience managing motor claims from cradle to grave, including repairs, total loss, third-party intervention, subrogated recoveries, property damage, personal injury, and credit hire. Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide professional, empathetic, and efficient support throughout the claims journey. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Negotiation Ability: Confidence in negotiating fair and timely settlements while balancing customer needs and business requirements. Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers. Professional Development: Commitment to working towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) Cert CILA qualification and continuing professional development.
