About the Role Since 1993, SOFT33 (Corilus) has been supporting home care nurses with innovative management and billing solutions. Our deep expertise in this sector has made us a trusted and recognized partner. Home care nurses entrust us with their administration so they can dedicate more time to their patients, their families, and themselves. Today, we are looking to strengthen our team with motivated and dynamic colleagues. Challenge As a member of our administrative support team, you will play a central role in the organization and administrative follow up of care services: You process care related information based on forms, emails, or tasks via our mobile application. You manage documents requiring medical approval and ensure deadlines are properly followed up. You communicate regularly with health insurance funds and clients, both in writing and by phone. You manage 40 to 50 files from A to Z. You handle invoicing and manage potential rejections and credit notes. You understand the specific regulations related to home nursing care, including non cumulative services, flat rate care, and non flat rate care. You are familiar with the Infobox system and Article 8 regulations of the INAMI. Profile You have experience in medical administration or a similar administrative role. You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. You are organized, structured, and a strong team player. You are able to manage stress effectively, are sociable, stable, attentive, and maintain self control under pressure. You are bilingual, Dutch at native level and fluent in French. Training and Workplace A 4 month training program will take place on site at our offices in Gembloux . After this period, the role can be carried out from our offices in Ghent .
