Observability Solutioning Resource Coordinator

Job Description This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities - Receive and evaluate resource allocation requests from internal teams. - Provide accurate estimates for monitoring and observability needs, ranging from out-of-the-box to custom solutions. - Consult with requestors to understand their exact needs and the effort required. - Collaborate with the engineering team to identify the proper solution. - Assign technical resources to carry out the implementation plans. - Utilize tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus, Power Apps, PowerBI, and ServiceNOW. Requirements Required Skills - Proficiency in AppDynamics, Splunk, and Prometheus. - Strong estimation skills for hours and resource allocation. - Excellent consultation and communication skills. - Familiarity with Power Apps, PowerBI, and ServiceNow. - General knowledge of observability solutions and best practices. Professional Experience - Proven experience in a similar role involving resource coordination and estimation. - Hands-on experience with the mentioned observability tools. - Experience working in a collaborative environment with engineering teams. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively.
