We're now looking to recruit experienced Occupational Health Physicians (OHPs) to join our growing team. This role offers a blend of peripatetic travel and home-based working, and we welcome applications from OHPs across the UK. As a key member of our Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality client support while contributing to the continued growth, development, and success of our services.

This role offers a blend of peripatetic travel and home-based working, and we welcome applications from OHPs across the UK. As a key member of our Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality client support while contributing to the continued growth, development, and success of our services.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing a varied caseload of management referrals, delivering pragmatic, evidence-based occupational health advice and recommendations
- Conducting Appointed Doctor medicals, with full training provided for those not already accredited.
- Completing HAVS Tier 4 assessments, with training available where required
- Assessing fitness for work, recommending reasonable adjustments and ensuring individuals can perform their roles safely and effectively
- Delivering health surveillance programmes to monitor and protect employees exposed to workplace hazards
- Providing expert advice to both employees and employers on occupational health, wellbeing and work-related health issues
- Partnering with clients to promote best practice in workplace health and wellbeing, supporting the prevention of illness, injury and absence
- Valid GMC registration with a Diploma in Occupational Medicine (or higher Occupational Health qualification)
- Proven Occupational Health experience gained within public and/or private sector environments.
- Strong background in complex case management, providing balanced, evidence-based advice on health and work
- Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a sound understanding of appropriate treatment pathways and workplace health risks
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, practical reports and recommendations
- Strong relationship-building skills, able to establish credibility and trust with clients, managers and employees
- Self-motivated, confident and highly organised, with the ability to manage a varied workload and work autonomously
