Position: Occupational Health Specialist We are looking for a physician with experience in Occupational Health to lead our workplace health strategy by driving preventive programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of well-being for our employees. This role will be instrumental in building processes from the ground up, strengthening health metrics management, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Key Responsibilities Design and implement the Occupational Health strategy aligned with business needs and applicable regulations. Develop health promotion and preventive care campaigns focused on employee well-being. Coordinate health assessments and preventive programs related to illness prevention, pregnancy, mental health, and suicide prevention. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health regulations issued by the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Health. Coordinate occupational hygiene studies, including noise, lighting, and other workplace risk assessments. Manage and monitor the Major Medical Insurance (SGMM) policy, driving initiatives to reduce claims and improve loss ratios. Analyze health, absenteeism, and occupational risk indicators to develop action plans and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in the management of the IMSS occupational risk premium and ensure regulatory compliance. Document occupational health processes, policies, and KPIs to strengthen governance and information traceability. Collaborate cross-functionally with Aviation Health, Safety, Human Resources, and other teams to implement health initiatives. Qualifications Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree required. Experience in Occupational Health within organizations with continuous operations, high-demand environments, or rotating shifts (transportation, logistics, manufacturing, airlines, or similar industries). Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Experience implementing preventive health programs and wellness campaigns. Knowledge of Major Medical Insurance (SGMM) policy administration and strategies to reduce insurance claims. Experience conducting occupational hygiene studies and workplace risk assessments. Knowledge of IMSS occupational risk premium management and regulatory compliance (preferred). Experience managing health and absenteeism indicators, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. English proficiency is preferred. Strong analytical, organized, and proactive profile with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
