Description Occupational Therapist - Birth to Three Program Make a Difference During a Child's Most Important Years Are you passionate about helping young children reach their fullest potential? As a Birth to Three Occupational Therapist , you will partner with families to support infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities during the critical early years of life. Through coaching, collaboration, and evidence-based interventions, you will empower families to help their children thrive in everyday routines and activities. What You'll Do As a valued member of an interdisciplinary early intervention team, you will: Conduct developmental evaluations and assessments to determine program eligibility and service needs. Assess and address functional skills related to self-care, play, adaptive behavior, sensory processing, motor development, and postural control. Collaborate with families to identify priorities and create individualized outcomes that support their child's growth and development. Provide coaching, strategies, and education that build on family strengths and enhance parent-child interactions. Deliver services in natural environments, including homes and community settings, where children learn and grow best. Coordinate care and collaborate with service coordinators, healthcare providers, educators, and community partners. Complete plans of care, documentation, prior authorizations, and other required records in a timely manner. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and continuous quality improvement efforts. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the service area. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of pediatric occupational therapy experience. Experience supporting infants, toddlers, and families in home or community-based settings.
