Role Description The Medical Technologist will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, ensuring accurate and timely results to support healthcare market research and related projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and handling specimens, operating and maintaining laboratory instruments, performing quality control procedures, and documenting findings in accordance with established standards. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, interpreting laboratory data, and contributing technical insights that inform research outcomes and client deliverables. This is a part-time, remote role, requiring effective time management, adherence to regulatory and safety guidelines, and strong attention to detail in a virtual work environment.

- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to monitor test performance, validate procedures, and maintain laboratory standards.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine to understand clinical context and interpret laboratory data accurately.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, or a related field; advanced certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working in clinical or research laboratories, with familiarity in regulatory and safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time schedules, and collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with proficiency in using digital tools and laboratory information systems.
