Acumen Health is experiencing strong growth in demand for Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments and is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our specialist military rehabilitation team. Predominantly work-from-home position Flexible part-time opportunities available (2-3 days per week). Manage your own diary and schedule your own appointments Minimal office-based requirements Conduct assessments primarily across Metropolitan Melbourne; occasional regional travel to Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo (travel reimbursed) Focus on high-quality assessments rather than high-volume caseloads About the role This position is dedicated primarily to conducting Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments for Defence personnel and Veterans. You will: Conduct comprehensive in-home ADL assessments for ADF members and Veterans Assess functional capacity, daily living needs, independence and support requirements Prepare high-quality, evidence-based assessment reports and recommendations Utilise your clinical reasoning skills to identify barriers to function and participation Manage your own scheduling, administration and workflow with strong organisational support Why Acumen Health?
