OCM Lead

We are looking for an experienced OCM Lead who will join a long-term project for our client in the healthcare industry.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute Change Management Plans supporting the delivery of AI-powered solutions and capabilities.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments across people, organization, processes, tools, and data.
• Drive change readiness, adoption measurement, and user engagement activities.
• Partner with sponsors and senior leaders to align communication and strengthen change leadership.
• Proactively identify and mitigate adoption barriers related to AI transformation.
• Articulate clear value propositions that support AI adoption across operational teams.
• Orchestrate and empower the global Change Agent Network.
• Support the design and delivery of AI literacy, training, and capability-building initiatives.
• Deliver targeted communication and engagement campaigns across key milestones.
• Establish two-way feedback loops and adapt change activities based on user insights.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives within complex, global matrix organizations.
• Professional Change Management certification (PROSCI/ADKAR, CCMP).
• Proven experience supporting digital/AI transformations (e.g., GenAI, Copilot, Enterprise CRM, Field Service Automation).
• Strong knowledge of Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder management, and change readiness methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Ability to translate complex technical and AI-related concepts into clear, engaging, and user-focused communications.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (min. B2); additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Diagnostics, or Technical Field Operations is an advantage.
