Description
We’re looking for an experienced
Odoo ERP Expert to join our team and take ownership of Odoo implementation, customization, configuration, and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Odoo modules according to business requirements.
- Manage Odoo implementation, upgrades, integrations, and maintenance.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
- Develop and manage custom modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth ERP operations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs where required.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
Strong knowledge of Odoo modules such as
Sales, CRM, - Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, HR, and Manufacturing.
- Experience with
Odoo customization and module development.
- Strong knowledge of
Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and Odoo framework.
- Experience with API integrations and third-party systems.
- Understanding of business workflows and ERP implementation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
