Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Remote Company: QZ Information Technology Consultants Co. LLC (QZ Infomatics)

QZ Infomatics is an Odoo Silver Partner delivering ERP implementations across the GCC and beyond. We're expanding our Odoo delivery team and looking for a Technical Consultant who can take ownership of customizations, integrations, and technical delivery on client implementations.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet client business requirements
• Build and maintain integrations between Odoo and third-party systems/APIs
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Odoo implementations
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Support data migration, module upgrades, and version updates
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to the support team

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo development (Python, XML, PostgreSQL)
• Solid understanding of Odoo's ORM, module architecture, and standard business workflows (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Experience with REST/XML-RPC API integrations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Prior experience in an Odoo partner/implementation environment is a strong plus
• Good written English for documentation and cross-team collaboration
