Is this job info correct?

We're looking for an Office & Assessment Services Coordinator to join our Amsterdam team in a 32-hour-per-week role, combining hands-on coordination with plenty of ownership.

This isn't a traditional office role. You'll combine responsibility for our day-to-day office with an important coordinating role within our Assessment Services. One moment you might be coordinating psychologists and assessors for an upcoming assessment day, the next you're making sure reports are processed correctly, helping a colleague solve a practical issue or preparing the office for customers arriving later that day.

It's a role for someone who enjoys being at the center of things – keeping track of details, coordinating people and activities, and taking responsibility for making sure things actually get done.

About the role

As our Office & Assessment Services Coordinator, you'll have a broad and independent coordinating role within our Amsterdam team.

You'll combine responsibility for keeping our office running smoothly with administrative and operational coordination for our Assessment Services. You'll make sure colleagues, customers and assessment participants can rely on things being organized, accurate and taken care of behind the scenes.

This role requires more than being service-minded. You'll need to keep track of several processes and stakeholders at once, work accurately with systems and administration, and feel comfortable taking ownership of your responsibilities.

What will you do?

Assessment Services

An important part of your role will be supporting and coordinating our Assessment Services, making sure our assessment processes run smoothly and professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the organization and delivery of assessment days and development centers

  • Coordinating and scheduling external psychologists, assessors and actors

  • Preparing and processing assessment reports, including psychological recommendations and quality control

  • Making sure rooms, materials and practical details are prepared for assessments

  • Working across systems and administrative processes to keep information accurate and up to date

  • Acting as back-up for our Assessment Services Coordinator on Fridays and during absences

Office Coordination

You'll also make sure our Amsterdam office is welcoming, professional and well organized.

This includes:

  • Coordinating day-to-day office activities and making sure things run smoothly

  • Managing relationships with suppliers and other external partners

  • Coordinating office supplies, groceries, equipment and meeting spaces

  • Welcoming customers, visitors and other guests

  • Supporting meetings, travel arrangements, office activities and events

  • Taking care of practical arrangements around lunches and team activities

Broader support

In an entrepreneurial and growing organization, not every task fits neatly into one box. You enjoy being part of that environment and are comfortable stepping in when needed.

This could include:

  • Supporting colleagues with practical or administrative tasks

  • Helping with events and marketing activities

  • Supporting with translations or materials

  • Helping test new updates and developments in our offering

Who are you?

You enjoy being the person who creates structure, keeps things moving and makes sure nothing falls between the cracks. You're service-minded and approachable, but also comfortable working independently, taking initiative and following things through.

You don't need to have held this exact job title before. Your experience could come from office coordination, administration, operations, professional services, customer service or another role where coordination and ownership have been an important part of your work.

We believe you bring:

  • Some experience from a coordinating, administrative or operational environment

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several activities and stakeholders at once

  • Confidence working with digital systems and administrative processes

  • A structured and accurate way of working, with strong attention to detail

  • The ability to take initiative, solve problems and work independently

  • A genuine service mindset and enjoyment of working with different people

  • Execllent communication skills in both Dutch and English

What we offer

💰 A gross monthly salary of €3,500–€4,000 based on a full-time 40-hour contract, depending on experience and background

🕒 A 32-hour working week, with Friday as a required working day
