Jupiter Power is an energy infrastructure company focused on the development, construction, and operation of energy storage assets in wholesale electricity markets. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive office coordinator to support our growing Houston office and ensure smooth daily operations. This will be a temporary, contract role to start and will be on-site at our Houston office for approximately 30 hours per week. The initial term of the agreement will be 120 days with the possibly of extension or conversion to full-time employment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in business operations and wants to get their foot in the door of a leading organization in the renewable energy space. This role will be based out of our Houston, TX office and subject to our return-to-office policy, which currently requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution Monitor and route communications via the company’s email and phone system Maintain accurate tracking systems for mail and correspondence Manage inventory of office supplies, promotional items, and snack stock Partner with IT to support the onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring all workstations are equipped with necessary hardware Point person for office vendors, maintenance, and similar service providers Help coordinate office meetings, team events, and employee engagement activities Help ensure that all employees adhere to office security and safety procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of office common areas Qualifications 3+ years of office administration, facilities coordination, or similar experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Interest in the renewable energy or battery storage industry a plus Jupiter Power does not discriminate based on a candidate’s race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, status as a protected veteran, disability, or any other protected class.
