The mission of this role
True Vet Solutions is seeking a compassionate, organized, and veteran-focused Office Manager to support veterans and their families in navigating available care, benefits, resources, and services.
The Office Manager serves as an initial point of contact for veterans who come in the office, prepares documents, and maintains inventory of branded merchandise.

What you'll own

• Serve as initial point of contact for all veterans entering the office.
• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively.
• Ordering, tracking, and maintaining inventory of office supplies and company branded merchandise.
• Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
• Document Preparation
• Shipping and handling of time sensitive documents and equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous office experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from office.
• Demonstrated empathy and genuine commitment to serving veterans.
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Strong problem-solving and resource-navigation abilities.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and other technology.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Veteran or military-family experience is highly valued but not required.
