Office & Operations Support Partner (Part-Time) | Perth
Great businesses run on great operations. We're looking for an experienced Regional Operations & Office Support Partner to help keep our WA business running smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with regional leaders and teams, you'll be at the centre of operations, coordinating initiatives, improving processes, supporting our people, and ensuring the Perth office is a productive and welcoming place to work. This is a highly visible role that combines operational leadership, business support, office management and employee experience, making a meaningful impact across the region every day.
About The Role
As our Office & Operations Support Partner, you'll be the friendly face and helping hand that keeps our Perth office running smoothly. From supporting day-to-day administration and coordinating office activities to helping onboard new team members and bringing people together through events and initiatives, you'll play an important role in creating an organised, connected, and enjoyable workplace.
This is a varied role that combines office coordination, administration, people support, and operational assistance. No two days are the same, making it perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised, and making things happen behind the scenes.
This is a part-time position, working 5 hours per day, 5 days per week, based in our Perth office. This role is suited to someone seeking flexibility to accommodate commitments before or after work.

You'll Bring
- Previous experience in an administration, office coordination, team support, reception, or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Liaise with building management and external suppliers as required.
- Support travel bookings, meeting coordination, and team administration.
- Assist with organising office events, celebrations, and team initiatives.
- Support the implementation of business-wide programs and activities.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and regional administration activities.
- Support the WA team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and data within internal systems.
- Assist with invoicing, billing administration, and general documentation.
- Provide support for regional projects and operational initiatives as required.
- Help coordinate onboarding activities for new starters.
- Support training administration and internal learning programs.
- Be a go-to contact for team members needing assistance with internal systems.
- Assist in creating a positive employee experience and connected workplace culture.
- Support office health and safety requirements.
- Assist with maintaining office compliance activities and documentation.
