In this role, your key responsibilities include : Act as the first point of contact for customers in virtual branch and provide consistent and accurate product information and service in order to proactively resolve customer issues/complaints to the required standards. Perform the required care and diligence in day to day conduct to protect the virtual Bank from financial and non-financial loss and that the Bank’s policies and guidelines are consistently followed to ensure best practice is shared and promoted. Provide standardised and ad hoc reporting services to business units as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs), liaising with and reporting on all activity inconsistencies with the line manager to ensure that they are rectified in a timely manner. Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the bank’s standards. Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
